John Hodges, Jr. is a dedicated trial lawyer and Texas native who brings a unique blend of military discipline and legal experience to Hendley & Hodges Law. After serving over a decade as a U.S. Marine Corps officer and Judge Advocate (JAG), John returned home to Texas with a commitment to advocate for individuals facing significant challenges.
 
He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska, where he honed his litigation skills as a member of the National Trial Team. John’s passion lies in fighting for those who have been wronged, whether in personal injury cases or civil litigation.
 
Outside of the courtroom, he values family, community, and his faith. John actively engages with his local church, Crossbridge Community Church, and is dedicated to supporting others in their journeys.

Aaron Hendley is a compassionate attorney and business owner with deep roots in Texas. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and earned his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law, where he graduated near the top of his class.
 
With over a decade of experience, Aaron has represented individuals and businesses across various legal matters, focusing on personal injury and business law. He understands the complexities of the legal system and strives to provide clear guidance to his clients. Hendley’s greatest joy is helping good people achieve the American dream.
 
Outside of his legal practice, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two kids. He embraces the outdoors through hiking and hunting, and he nurtures his commitment to serving his community through faith and integrity.
